By accessing and using the StarsGuess platform ("the Game"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Game.
StarsGuess is an online game that challenges users to guess correct answers through multiple rounds. Players may participate in free rounds and are invited to upgrade to premium access to unlock additional features, participate in rankings, or continue playing after the free rounds end. To access the game, users must sign in with a Google account. Payment for upgrades or subscriptions is processed through Stripe, and users are granted immediate access after payment confirmation.
To play StarsGuess, you must register using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account. We will not share your data with third parties.
We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. The registered email is used solely to identify your account and link your game progress, ranking, and payments.
All gameplay results, scores, and rankings are determined based on in-game performance and adherence to the game’s rules. Any form of cheating, manipulation, or use of unauthorized tools may lead to account suspension or removal from the ranking at our sole discretion.
Payments for upgrades and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. After successful payment, players gain immediate access to the premium version of the game or the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. If a recurring plan exists, users may cancel it at any time through their account settings.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical, operational, or legal circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
Users agree not to engage in abusive, offensive, or fraudulent behavior within the Game. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Game.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about updates.
